Cool63 is a redevelopment of the former Generale Bank in Rotterdams most prominent boulevard the Coolsingel. The development concept included a recladding, reconfiguration, extension and addition of residential units.
Following the completion of the building a new anchor tenant was introduced. ONE.GO explored new ways to subdivide the retail units and repurpose the upper level.
