About This Project

De Rotterdam is a mixed-use building on the Wilhelminapier. The building consists of three closely juxtaposed transparent towers of 150 meters high, the top half of which has been shifted relative to the lower one. With a total area of 160,000 sqm, it is one of the country’s largest buildings.

 

The Rotterdam houses 240 apartments, 60,000 sqm of office spaces, F&B units and the Nhow design hotel which has 285 rooms and a conference centre. With a height of 150 meters, De Rotterdam is one of the highest buildings in the Netherlands.
