About This Project

Ypsilon Park is an exceptional transformation project in the prestigious Benoordenhout district of The Hague, where a former office building on Wassenaarseweg is reimagined as a high-end residential destination. The scheme explores the rare opportunity to combine generous living spaces with direct proximity to mature greenery and a refined urban context, creating a residential environment that feels both timeless and contemporary.

The design strategy responds to the site’s unique qualities: expansive daylight, mature landscape edges, and a strong spatial identity. A clear hierarchy of living typologies, from generously proportioned apartments to luxury penthouses with large outdoor terraces, reinforces the idea of serenity and clarity in an urban setting. At the same time, the listed building by J.J.P. Oud remains a key anchor, sensitively modernized to ensure cultural continuity and sustainable performance.

For this project ONE.GO supported the acquisition phase, providing a compelling development concept and inspirational visuals that articulated the location’s potential and strategic market positioning. This early work helped frame the project’s vision and value proposition before design and realization progressed further.
