With a new company Rabo Smartbuilds, Rabobank is starting with the construction of 12,000 homes in the mid-rental segment as a target for the next ten years. In collaboration with municipalities that temporarily permit land positions, Rabo SmartBuilds offers flexible real estate as a solution for urgent housing needs.

ONE.GO developed the images for several prototype projects using modular and demountable residential units to accommodate the growing demand for housing in the Netherlands.
