Ballast Nedam Development has won the first tender on Strandeiland Amsterdam with project №1 designed by Space&Matter, NL Architects, and Zones Urbaines Sensibles. The project will ensure that this new part of the city of Amsterdam is self-sufficient, nature-inclusive, and circular.

ONE.GO advised the team during the tender on concept development, strategic design, positioning, and design management.
